Rock Climbing - Courses

Got a head for heights, nerves of steel and a love of the great outdoors? Although it may initially look intimidating, most people find it is a great enjoyment and a lot easier than they originally thought.

The course combines theory and practice for the first four days followed by just practical application of all you have learnt in the last two days. The theory is run from Limassol and then heading out to the rock faces in Paphos or Troodos area. You will have the option to take your own car there or alternatively get a Jeep transportation.

The course covers everything for a person to safely climb sports routes anywhere in the world. You will receive a Level 1 Certificate, log books with all the climbing routes in Cyprus, discounts on climbing equipment in many international and local shops and many other goodies!

	Venues: Classes in Limassol. Rock climbing in Paphos or Troodos.
	Duration:  6-Days accordingly. From 10:00 to 18:00 each day.
	Availability: Weekends. All year round. Dependant on weather.
	Dress Code: Sportswear, all equipment will be provided including climbing shoes.
	Booking: 3 weeks in advance.
	Restrictions: Minimum age is 12.
	Additional Info: Snacks and drinks will be provided. Participants are encouraged to take part in the rock climbing introductory day before booking a course unless they have tried climbing in the past.
