The history of capoeira begins in the 18th century as a martial art developed in Brazil by enslaved Africans. Nowadays capoeira is a fight and a dance where it mixes with music and becomes art and a philosophy of life for its practitioners.
The art of capoeira will bring you, health, happiness and fitness, in a personal level capoeira will build your confidence with each lesson, will give the right balance between mind and body and you will learn and increase your musicality and rhythm. In a more physical way you will do a full body work out, including muscles that you have never used before, you will increase agility and benefit from an intense cardio work out.
Classes run on a daily basis and you can choose between two and four training sessions workout per week.
