Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting for Two

Many do not realise Cyprus produces its very own wine! With Cyprus’ all year round sunny weather, Cypriot wines are becoming increasingly popular and have gained a well-respected reputation in Cyprus and abroad. Well, this is an ideal opportunity to find out all about the Cyprus wine industry by enjoying a tour of one of the island’s finest vineyards followed by a tasting session.

During the tour your experienced guide will explain about the history of Cyprus wine; how vines are grown on a commercial scale; the methods used at the vineyard and the reasons for the choice of grapes grown. You will also learn about the processes behind the production of wines. To complete the experience you will taste a selection of the wines made at the vineyard. Many vineyards have cafés or a restaurant where you could make the most of your experience and treat yourself to lunch. Programmes vary slightly depending on the location.

At the end of your tour you will receive 2 bottles of wine as follows:

- Selected dry or medium dry white wine

- Selected red wine

	Venues: Villages in Limassol or  Paphos district.
	Duration: Approximately 1 hour
	Availability: All year round
	Dress Code: Bear in mind that you will spend some time outside and walking over some uneven ground, so please dress appropriately for the weather on the day with comfortable shoes.
	Booking: 2 days in advance.
	Restrictions: This experience involves alcohol, so the minimum age is 18.
