These private sessions are undertaken by some of the most famous pilates instructors on the island. They are ideal for anyone who has a specific goal or needs. In these sessions not only you have all the Pilates exercises taught personally by your professional instructor, but you will get a more personalised programme specially designed for your individual needs. Programmes may vary in accordance with the director of the studio to include Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Matwork, Relaxation Workout, Toned Arms Buns & Thighs, Toning Ball Workout, Power Circle, Stability Ball, Flex-Band and Flat Abs.
