Relax with a group of friends during this Hatha yoga private course. At the physical level, yoga and its cleansing practices have proven to be extremely effective for various disorders. More importantly, yoga is extremely effective in increasing Flexibility, increasing lubrication of the joints, ligaments and tendons and the massaging of all Organs of the Body.
This is a complete session for body-emotions-mind and spirit. It will focus on body postures making the body strong and realizing how the body and internal organs work. We will then work and strengthen our emotional and mind body, though breathing exercises and meditative breathing. Lastly, mind and emotions are trained for our benefit while finishing off the session with deep relaxation in Yoga Nidra and other concentration and meditation techniques.
