Santorini Wine Tasting Holidays

Arrival in Santorini. Depending on the time of your arrival you can either go for a swim at one of the famous beaches of Santorini or just wander in the picturesque alleys of Fira for some shopping and visit to the Archaeological Museum. In the evening admire the breathtaking view of the volcano and the stunning sunset from Fira or Oia town. o/n Fira

In the morning enjoy an organized boat trip to the volcano.

Transfer to Athinios port and board your boat. You will head to the volcanic island of Nea Kameni, walk up the volcano. You will continue towards the Palaia Kameni, where you will swim in the hot springs. Return time around 13.30.

Early in the afternoon visit the winery of Domaine Sigalas

The winery of Domaine Sigalas can be found on the plain of Oia in Santorini. Here you will find some of the typical varieties of the Mediterranean, the Santorini Assyrtiko as well as the Aidani, Athiri, Mandilaria and the Mavrotragano.

The winery is open to the public and the visitor can tour the areas and become acquainted with the taste of the Santorini wines as well as sample the culinary delights of the Cyclades.

The guests are given a tour of the winery where they are informed of all the stages necessary to produce the wines, and of course are offered the opportunity to sample 6 wines of the estate, as well as sample some of the culinary delights of the Cyclades. o/n Fira
