Day 1 – Arrival and Silversmith Visit• Check in is at 11 • Lunch • Secrets of Silver-Work Guests will visit the workshop of Yiorgos Poly, one of the six Silver-Smiths preserving silver and filigree crafts in Lefkara. They will witness the process of delicate silver-ware being born, and will also be able to make a personal order from Yiorgos. • Dinner Day 2 –Lefkaritika Secrets• Breakfast • Lefkaritika Secrets You will visit a house and workshop of Olympia Andreou, one of the eleven lace-makers of Lefkara. Olympia will introduce her guests to the secrets of Lefkaritika, the famous lace-design preserved in Lefkara for over five centuries and now listed by the UNESCO as the World’s Cultural Heritage. At additional cost, visitors will also be able to order personalized Lefkaritika gifts: the unique Cypriot lace-designs can be applied on clothing items of customers’ choice (linen dresses, shirts, bags, etc.)
