The pilates reformer, although resembling some medieval torture device is actually one of the most effective techniques for toning and defining your muscles. The resistance created by the pulley and spring system can provide a more challenging strength and endurance workout than a regular pilates mat class. It may also produce visible results sooner — arm, leg and abdominal muscles can look firmer and defined within a dozen or so regular sessions so you basically get a more condensed workout, perfect for those that want to see results quickly.
The groups are kept small (up to 5 participants) to enable your instructor to target individual needs and endurances and get you maximum results in minimum time.
