Great Mediterranean Cuisine

 

The Mediterranean cuisine is characterized by its flexibility, its range of ingredients and its many regional variations. Typical Mediterranean foods include a range of sheep and goat dairy products, rich olive oil, pitta bread, seafood. This cuisine is particularly healthful and has a lot to offer.

 

In this crash course participants receive a “Theory of the Mediterranean Cuisine” briefing which will touch upon: the basic methods and ideas of the Famous Mediterranean cuisine.

 

The Chef will then present the most common Ingredients used in the Mediterranean kitchens and then invite participants to a Tasting session.

 

Next, participants will participate in a Demonstration & Cooking process of 3 different Mediterranean recipes of your general choice.

 

Finally, to ensure that the acquired knowledge will not be forgotten, every participant will receive a booklet with “Recipe Notes” relevant to the teachings of the course.
