Zouk Lambada Private Lessons

Zouk is an intimate partner dance which originated in Rio De Janeiro and Sao Paulo. It is the descendent of the Lambada, which began to evolve when zouk music came to Brazil from the Carribbean in the 1980s. Zouk means "party" or "festival" and it is based on a close hip to hip dance style between two partners incorporating soft and sensual moves with a Latin twist. Zouk is all about passion and connection and will open you up to a new side of yourself. Boosting self-confidence and relieving stress are therapeutic benefits from zouking. It allows you to be in the moment, completely relaxed while building flexibility and core strength.

Private zouk lessons are undertaken by an experienced Brazilian instructor who will be visiting you at the convenience of your home or any other location of your preference. Available for a single person or even couples.

	Venues: Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca
	Duration: Each lesson runs for approximately 1 hour.
	Availability: Weekdays from 11:00 to 18:00.
	Dress Code: It is better for women to wear heels that are not too high. No platforms.
	Booking: 1 week in advance.

	Additional Info: The lessons should take place in a venue with no carpet. Group classes can be comprised of both mixed or single sex participants
