Website related questions1. How do I find the experience I am looking for?There are several ways to search for experiences. You can browse through our experience categories or use our Gift Finder or Search function from the Home Page. Alternatively, you can call our expert team of consultants on 70 00 22 70 for friendly, specialist advice. Our Customer Experience Centre opening hours are Mon-Fri 10am to 5pm. If you still can't decide, then we have the option of Gift Vouchers available. Our Gift Vouchers let your recipient choose from a range of different experiences and tangible gifts. There are different price Gift Vouchers called "Money Coupons" available from €50 to €1,000. But don't worry - if your recipient would rather choose something else entirely, all open vouchers are fully flexible and can be exchanged for any available experience or gift. If you are looking to buy an experience to take part on a certain date, contact our Customer Experience Centre to check availability.
2. What payment types do you accept?We accept the following payment types: Debit or credit card. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Cheque payments. Make your cheque payable to "Amaaaze Ltd." and send to Amaaaze Ltd, Arch. Makariou III, 66 Kronos court, Office 22, 1077 Nicosia, Cyprus, with the appropriate payment and full contact details. Please note we cannot reserve dates or dispatch your pack until full payment has been received.
3. What information do I need to provide when making a purchase?When you order, we need to know your name, address, email address, recipient name and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. When you book an experience, we need to know your name, address, email address, answers to any questions required by our experience partners, and a telephone number (preferably mobile) so that we can contact you if there are any last-minute changes to your experience. We will also email you answers to any online booking questions submitted and responses to booking date requests. If you have a web account, you can also access a copy of the booking confirmation letter to print and bring with you on the day. Throughout each of these processes, when you login or create an account, you are able to choose whether you wish to receive further information from us and the method by which you would like to receive it (email, post, telephone and/or SMS).
4. How is any personal data obtained from me used by amaaaze?When you place orders we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you. Amaaaze does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others unless you choose to receive information from trusted third parties when you create or login to your account, in which case you will receive this information until such time as you choose to opt out of receiving these communications.
Gift purchase procedure questions1. Can I personalise the gift pack with a message?Yes, we can pre-print a special personalised message inside any gift pack or eVoucher. If you prefer, it can left blank for you to fill in by hand in case you receive the gift package.
2. Do I have to choose a specific date for the experience when I buy?No, our gift packs can be left "open-dated", so that your recipient can choose a date to take part in their experience themselves and make their booking before their expiry date. If you order yourself an eVoucher, dates can be booked or requested on the day of purchase. If you'd prefer to book the date of the experience when placing your order, contact our Customer Experience Centre. Please note that all dates are subject to availability.
3. Is it possible for more than 1 person to participate in an experience?Of course! Most of our experiences give you the option to choose the number of participants, always according to vendor’s capacity. However, some activities are designed for a specific number of people, for example experiences for couples. Where permitted, spectators are also allowed at the premises or venues.
4. Are there any restrictions (e.g age, height, weight) on Amaaaze experiences?Some Amaaaze experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements, e.g. age, health, height or weight. This information is disclosed in the key info section under the description of each product. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. Full details are included in your gift pack and we ask you to read this carefully as soon as you receive it.
5. What are the packaging and delivery options?We offer a choice of packaging and delivery methods.
All experiences and gifts can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If you haven’t received within a reasonable timeframe and you believe your pack has gone astray in the post, contact us and we can provide a duplicate, or eVoucher, free of charge. Whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delay.
6. Can I specify exactly when the pack is delivered?Although we can't pre-allocate exact delivery dates, if you need the gift pack delivered urgently, you can use our next-working-day courier service.
7. I need a last minute gift but I’m worried it won’t be delivered in timeIf you don't need a full pack sent out, select an instant eVoucher to be sent to the email address of your choice, free of charge. Simply order online any time of day or night, enter the email address you want it sent to or just ask if you're phoning through your order. These can be booked for dates as soon as they are received. Alternatively, you can order voucher packs to collect personally from our Nicosia during standard opening hours. Call us in advance on 70 00 22 70 to check availability and to place your collection order. Gift Voucher and booking procedure1. Booking a Date for an ExperienceInstructions for use are clearly communicated on all amaaaze Gift Vouchers. Login to our website and go to the booking tabs to enter the dates you prefer to receive your experience. Alternatively just call us on 70 00 22 70 before expiry date of your voucher and indicate your preferred days and time of your booking. Our team will make their best to satisfy your booking selections. We will confirm your booking usually within 24 hours. Note: Most experience providers recommend you book at least one to three weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. You should allow more time if requesting a booking during peak times (such as weekends or holidays).
2. Changing the Booking DateCircumstances may arise where you are no longer able to attend your experience on the date you originally booked. If you need to change the date of your booking it does not usually attract a cancellation fee, as long as you give us in advance notice.
3. Voucher ExpiryAmaaaze gift vouchers must be used within 6 months or 12 months of purchase, depending on the type of your experience. Note: The expiry date of the original voucher is always maintained, even when exchanged for another experience View our full Terms and Conditions

Value Coupons1. What are amaaaze Value Coupons?Amaaaze Value Coupons allow you to offer the recipient of the gift the opportunity to choose the expérience they want themselves. You can buy any Value Coupon according to the amount of money you want to spend. The amount will be specified on the delivered coupon. Delivery procedure and options are the same as with normal gift expériences.
2. How can I use my Value Coupon?Recipients of Value Coupons can choose any experience from the amaaaze.com website. They should proceed to checkout as normal and enter the Value Coupon reference number at the predetermined field. The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the price of the experience. If the experience is of greater value of coupon then the difference must be paid. In case it is of lesser value, the difference will be credited into the customer’s account for use in future purchases. |
